Join us for an enjoyable work session to address and solve some of the key challenges that face destinations today.

Seatrade speaker Bob Allen, and a team from the innovative brand and experience design firm, IDEAS, will focus a working group on the most important of the Destination Performance Keys and guide session attendees as they work together to conceive a performance strategy narrative. In addition to the rich dynamic of collaboration using IDEAS’ StoryJam system, the group’s output will be made available online to all participants within 48 hours of the session as a core “Design Story”, with an implementation framework.

This exclusive session will be limited to 25 participants. The final topic for exploration will be determined by the attendees in the session.
