Frits van der Werff, Vice President, Food & Beverage, Holland America Line
Frits van der Werff has been the VP, Food & Beverage, within the Guest Experience and Product Development Department at Holland America Line since April 2017. He oversees all of the restaurant, culinary & beverage operations across the 15 ships in HAL’s fleet, driving revenue, guest satisfaction and product innovation. The Netherlands native holds a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management degree from Stenden University. He has vast experience both in the cruise industry and hotels/resorts. During his two years at HAL his focus has been on elevating the F&B offerings and refining the guests’ experiences.
