Will Notini - Manager, Consumer Insights at Technomic
As Manager of Consumer Insights in Technomic’s Research & Insights division, Will designs and executes custom consumer research to address a wide variety of food and beverage business interests. Leveraging a background in social sciences, Will develops research that pairs quantitative rigor with qualitative context to explain the “why” behind consumers’ everyday behavior. His areas of expertise include CX, menu innovation and brand strategy research.
Since joining Technomic in 2015, Will has executed over 50 custom research studies with clients across the food and beverage space. Recent studies include customer experience innovation for a major sandwich chain, menu optimization for a large quick-service chain, ethnographic eye-tracking research for a beverage alcohol distributor, and price sensitivity analysis for a chocolate manufacturer, just to name a few. In addition to custom consumer work, Will regularly contributes his expertise to large multi-client studies and leads Technomic’s consumer segmentation research program.
Will holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences from The University of Chicago and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistic Anthropology from New York University.
