Gordon Ho, Senior Vice President, Global Marketing & North America Sales, Princess Cruises

As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and North America Sales, Gordon Ho leads the company's worldwide marketing, public relations, digital, website and direct marketing activities. He also oversees the North America sales team and their travel retail partner initiatives. Ho and his team have led the company's "Come Back New" ad campaign, marketing launch in China, the introduction of Chocolate Journeys with chocolatier Norman Love, and their Discovery at Sea program, a partnership with Discovery Channel. Gordon previously was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Business Development for Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment. In that position his team created the $3 billion dollar direct-to-video category, conceived Disney Movie Rewards, the #1 movie studio loyalty program, and launched several #1 releases including Lion King, High School Musical, and Pirates of the Caribbean. Before Disney, Gordon served in marketing roles at Leo Burnett Advertising and Hewlett Packard. Gordon currently serves on the Advisory Boards for several start-ups including Simulmedia, a targeted TV advertising technology. Currently, he is on the Board of CAPE, the leading organization advancing Asian diversity in entertainment and media. Gordon holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
