Beth Bodensteiner is senior vice president, revenue management & global deployment for Holland America Line, a unit of Carnival Corporation & plc. Bodensteiner has overall responsibility for revenue management; planning and analysis; operations support; ship inventory; pricing; product marketing; and communications. She also oversees global deployment planning for the 14 premium cruise ships currently in the Holland America Line fleet, plus two new 2,650-passenger ships scheduled for delivery in 2018 and 2021. Bodensteiner manages a team of 67 staff.
With more than 15 years of experience in varied communications leadership roles, Bodensteiner joined Holland America Line in 2002 in the public relations department before transitioning to the marketing team as director, cruise marketing for Caribbean and North America. Most recently, Bodensteiner served as Holland America Line's senior vice president, revenue management. She also has served as director, cruise marketing for voyages, and was responsible for development, pricing, marketing and communications for the company's products in Europe, South America, Australia & New Zealand, Asia and Grand Voyages. Bodensteiner previously held various marketing roles in the Pacific Northwest. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Washington, and is a board member of Junior Achievement of Washington.
